This isnt really a review but more of a reply for Pooji D.s question. My mom always told me i should weigh myself in the morning after you go to the bathroom before you eat, once a week like on Sunday in the same clothes ecery time because if you weigh yourself at night you will be weigh a little more since you ate 3 meals so lets say in the morning you weigh 99 Lbs, at night you might weight 101 Lbs. Does that make sense? I hope I answered your question.
